Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing, dated and signed by the Lessee.  Cancellations can be sent to CCSales@daphneal.com.  Reimbursements for cancelled events will be refunded as follows:  75% refund for cancellations received at least 9 months prior to the day of start of event; 50% refund for cancellations received at least 6 months prior to day of start of event; no refunds will be made for cancellations received under 6 months prior to the day of start of event.  **Should Daphne Civic Center be able to book a new event of equal or greater economic value, then 100% refund will be issued.  Refunds will be issued by check and can take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
